How do I track my order?
  Please refer to the shipping notification you received in your email. If you have not received a shipping notification, your order has not shipped. However, if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you have not received a shipping notification, please send us an email at birds-ecommerce@cornell.edu and reference the product code of the item you ordered.
My order never arrived.
  Please send us an email at birds-ecommerce@cornell.edu and reference your order number as well as the product codes of any items you have not received.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
