Raven Exhibit software and content packages provide an interactive sound Recording and Acoustic Visualization ENvironment, designed to inform and entertain children and adults alike. Based on sound analysis research tools developed by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s Bioacoustics Research Program, Raven Exhibit instructs users on the physics of sound and the tools scientists use to study sound via interaction with photos, natural history and vocalizations from animals around the word. Individual content packages allow the host organization to customize their exhibit according to regional or institutional interests, and the program provides the flexibility for users to develop and add their own content as well. Suitable for public displays and exhibits in places like science museums, zoos, aquariums, nature centers, and wildlife refuges, it can also be utilized as an effective classroom teaching tool. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 607-254-2199 for more information on licensing and sound content packages or for hardware and installation suggestions.
